Scope of Work

8 hours Monitoring (Monday to Sunday):

  • Operate the center for 8 hours daily, from 9:00am to 6:00pm covering from Monday to Friday, ensuring consistent support for e-scooter users and field operations.

Ticketing System with Severity Prioritization:

  • Implement a ticketing system that is integrated to a WhatsApp CRM that categorizes and prioritizes cases based on the severity of the issue (e.g., high-priority for safety-related breakdowns).

Field Technician Dispatch System:

  • Integrated system to mobilize field technicians automatically based on ticket priority, location, and availability.

Performance & Incident Reports:

  • Generate weekly reports on the number of incidents, response times, ticket resolution times, and overall operational performance.
